These terms apply to your use of the RIBS by B4 Academy mobile app and its related services (“RIBS”), provided by B4-Edtech Private Limited (CIN U74140KL2022PTC073341) (“B4 Academy”, “we”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. The name you give may appear on certificates.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and an account is for one person only.
• B4 staff review each registration. We may approve, refuse, suspend or close an account, for example if details are false or these terms are broken.

Courses and content

Courses, videos, notes, quizzes and other materials belong to B4 Academy or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning only. You must not copy, record, download, share, sell or publish them, or try to get around the protections on them. Videos carry a watermark identifying you.

RIBS is for education. It is not medical, clinical or professional advice, and does not replace your training, your employer’s procedures or a device manufacturer’s instructions.

Progress and certificates

Progress in RIBS is a guide. Any certificate is issued by B4 Academy at its discretion and may be withdrawn if it was obtained wrongly.

Community rules

You are responsible for what you post. Be respectful. Do not post anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading or private, including patient information, or anything you do not have the right to share. You keep ownership of your posts and allow us to show them in RIBS. We may hide or remove content and act on reports.

Availability

We work to keep RIBS reliable, but it may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. RIBS is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Ending your use

You can stop using RIBS at any time and ask for your account to be deleted from your Profile. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction.
